Our practice has been ISO 9001 certified since 2018 – and has been audited regularly ever since. The certificate confirms that our procedures are documented, traceable and geared towards consistent quality. For you as a patient, this means our processes are clearly structured and reviewed at regular intervals.
What ISO 9001 means in a dental practice
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management. In our case, every area of the practice was audited – from appointment scheduling and treatment procedures through to hygiene and materials procurement. The audit was carried out by the Technische Überwachungsgemeinschaft (TÜG), a German technical inspection association.
Specifically, our entire range of services is certified:
- Implantology
- Dental prosthetics
- Aesthetic dentistry
- All-ceramic restorations
- Prophylaxis
- Periodontology
- Endodontics
- Preventive care
Why we do this
Certification takes time and money. We do it nonetheless, because the process makes us better. The regular audits reveal potential for improvement that is easily overlooked in everyday practice. And for our patients, it is verifiable evidence that we take our own standards seriously.

Quality cannot be decreed – but it can be organised. That is exactly what we do.
