Since autumn 2025, there has been a new addition at our practice in Düsseldorf: the ORALyzer® EXPERT. Using a small saliva sample, it enables us to assess quickly and easily how your oral health is doing – and whether further treatment may be worth considering.
How the test works
We take a small saliva sample and have it analysed by the ORALyzer®. The device measures various parameters and delivers a result within a few minutes. What makes it special: the values are objective and verifiable – a useful complement to our clinical examination.
The test is non-invasive and takes only a few minutes. You receive an assessment straight afterwards.
What this means for you
Some patients wonder whether a professional teeth cleaning is really necessary right now, or whether it can still wait. The ORALyzer® provides a measurable answer. It shows whether certain risk factors are present and where we should take a closer look.
This makes treatment decisions more transparent – for you and for us. No one has to rely on a vague feeling when data are available.
